22. Drill Holes
With a small hand drill, drill a hole ½″ (lcm) deep into both of the pierced holes in the pendant. The holes should be at least as wide as the rubber cord you will use to hang the pendant.
23. Prepare Cord
Measure the rubber cord to about 2′ (60cm) long or the desired length and angle the ends with scissors. String three 0-rings on each end.
24. Add and Secure Cord
Apply a drop of superglue to each end of the cord and stick them into the holes. Hold them in place to dry for 20 seconds.
